How does the referral program work?
Sign in to Headhunt.AI and open the referral section in the app. Your unique invite link and share buttons for the channels you use are built in. Send your invite to someone who would find Headhunt.AI useful. When they sign up using the link and run their first qualified search, 50 credits are added to their account and 50 to yours. The app handles attribution automatically; both sides receive the credits at the same time.
What can I do with 50 credits?
50 credits = 50 qualified candidate results. A qualified result is a candidate who passes the search criteria and scores 50 or higher on ESAI Score. The credits work the same as paid credits.
At the entry-level pay-as-you-go list rate (¥150 per credit), 50 credits is approximately ¥7,500 of platform value per side, or ¥15,000 of value moving into the network for every successful introduction.
Why does sharing happen inside the app?
Each user's invite link is tied to their account so credits land in the right place when someone signs up. Sharing through the app's built-in channels keeps the link attached to the right account and removes manual tracking on your side. If you copy your invite link out of the app and share it through a different channel, attribution still works as long as the link itself stays intact — the in-app share buttons are simply the easiest way to make sure nothing breaks.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No cap during the launch period. Every friend who signs up triggers another 50 credits to your account, on top of the 50 they receive. We may set a fair-use cap if a single account brings in unusual volume; if that happens we will let you know directly before any change applies to credits already earned.
When do referral credits expire?
Referral credits expire 12 months after they're added to your account. Within that window they're fully fungible — usable across any search, with no per-search restriction — and they stack on top of any subscription credits and the 10 free credits new accounts receive at signup.
Can I refer a colleague at the same company?
Yes. Workspaces are separate by account, so a colleague signing up under your invite creates a distinct account; both of you receive the 50 credits.
If your team needs a single shared workspace, contact sales — Enterprise plans bundle multi-user seats and the referral program is not the right tool for an internal rollout.
What if I don't have an account yet?
If a friend invited you, sign up via their link to receive 50 credits at signup. If you arrived here without an invite link, you can still sign up and start with 10 free credits — once you're in, the referral section is available so you can share forward.
