Yes. Sign in to Headhunt.AI and open the referral section in the app — your invite link and share buttons are built in, and the app handles attribution. When a friend signs up via your link and runs their first qualified search, both accounts receive 50 credits — that's 50 qualified candidate matches each side. Referral credits stack on top of any subscription credits and the 10 free credits all new accounts get at signup, and expire 12 months after they're added to your account. Monthly subscription credits roll over within the same billing cycle but reset at your renewal date. Annual subscription credits are granted in full at the start of the contract term and are valid for the entire year — burn through them as fast as you like. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire while your account remains active.

You can purchase pay-as-you-go credit packs at any time from your billing settings. They stack on top of your subscription: once your subscription credits are consumed, the platform automatically draws from your PAYG balance. No interruption to your workflow.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your billing settings — no phone call, no email thread. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your credits remain usable until then. For annual plans, a 14-day cooling-off window applies from the purchase date.

No. All prices on this page are ex-tax. Japanese consumption tax (10%) is calculated and added at checkout. For example, ¥500,000 / month becomes ¥550,000 / month on your invoice.

Yes. Every Headhunt.AI invoice is issued by ExecutiveSearch.AI K.K. (株式会社ExecutiveSearch.AI) and includes our qualified-invoice-issuer registration number (登録番号): T5011001118882, along with itemized consumption tax amounts. Your 経理 team can use it directly for 仕入税額控除 purposes.

For self-serve plans (Starter, Pro, and all PAYG packs): Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB credit cards, processed securely by Stripe.

For invoice billing (銀行振込, net-30 terms), please contact sales. Invoice billing is available for Enterprise plans and any annual contract of ¥2.5M or more.

You only spend credits on qualified matches — candidates who score 50 or higher on our ESAI Score. Candidates below the 50-point threshold are filtered out and don’t appear in your results, so you never spend a credit on a bad match.

You can upgrade from Monthly to Annual at any time — the remaining portion of your current month is prorated and applied to the annual charge, and you receive the full year’s credits immediately. Downgrading from Annual to Monthly takes effect at your annual renewal date.

Your searches, candidate lists, and scout mails are stored in AWS Tokyo region. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for Enterprise customers and on request for Pro customers.

Headhunt.AI has filed notification with Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (厚生労働省) as a 第4号特定募集情報等提供事業者 — the regulatory class created by the October 2022 amendment to the 職業安定法 (Employment Security Act) for AI-driven candidate aggregation platforms. 第4号 is the legal category for platforms that collect candidate information from public professional sources without per-candidate registration. Most AI sourcing platforms in Japan operate as 第3号 (registration-based, e.g. BizReach, Findy); Headhunt.AI’s operating model places it in 第4号 — only 6 services nationwide are registered under this class.
