How we work
Most of the team is bilingual (Japanese + English), and we work in both languages every day. Engineers ship daily, not quarterly. Recruiters on the ESAI Agency side work closely with product — their feedback shapes the roadmap. We hire for clear thinking, low ego, and a track record of getting things done.
Compensation and benefits
